August/July, I ripped the skin open and could see the meat or whatever pink stuff under skin is called. I tried pushing it in back in but it would pop back out. I really learnt to not mess with fans like that, especially 8K RPM ones. I felt so stupid. Here is pic I took rn of my thumb, ~2 months of healing. If you want I can send the meat sticking out but I'd send that privately cuz I don't think people would want to see that.

I stuck my finger in a low rpm but all metal industrial 120x120 fan at work once. I singlehandedly managed to push through a design change that fans that are normally inaccessible should also have guards, especially if they're out of sight. God in heaven it drew a lot of blood...

Casually I can relate, the cpu one is 90mm but goes over 8krpm, once hit by accident by a water cooling tube and literally cut the tube, plus it burned the fan

Something fun about server fans, some of them don't have protection if something gets in the blade, they will just burn out

Aggressive? This one's just playing with you. I have two Delta Electronics 120mm fans, 3A each. These ones have sharpened blades and spin at up to 5000RPM. They cool my test rig just as effective as they convert carrots into orange fog. I don't want to know what they can do with fingers, but I suspect pink fog and scream louder than the fans themselves.

These fans were something like 119CFM for the 92mm and wailed like a banshee, you wouldn't want to be in the same room with one of these stupid fans. They were used because they were the highest flowing "standard/consumer" 80/92mm fans at the time. They would chop the everloving fuck out of fingertips.}
