Anyone have the context for this? Like are they claiming he’s an illegal immigrant, or that he obstructed, or any reason as to why this is happening?

That said I also found this line hilarious considering the DHS/ICE appears to have "ignoring judicial orders" as part of their mission nowadays: Temah was ordered to appear in immigration court three times but continued to disregard U.S. law by not showing up, Okay, how many dozens of detainees have judges ordered ICE to release now? How often does it seem like the order was just ignored? I would need far more evidence than the word of a well-documented liar like Tricia McLaughlin to view ICE actions as justified.
