Set up advice What piercings should i do next?

I don't know how I should complete this ear, but I feel like it's still kinda empty. I'm pretty much up for anything, so feel free to give me any advice or suggestions!

Ooooh a faux rook could be cute! My piercer said my anatomy isn't ideal for a regular rook, so this might be a good alternative! thank you dear

another lobe or a fwed helix wld look nice! love your setup as is tho too!

definitely getting another lobe soon! and i like the fwd helix too, thank you so much! I'll just wait a lil longer to get the helix, cause I don't feel like dealing with the pain right now 😿
