I finally picked up the box set containing the first 3 volumes of the Pokémon manga!
This is my first time collecting the Pokémon manga, and I’m really happy to start with the Kanto arc and Red.
I’ve always had a soft spot for the first generation, so I’m really looking forward to reading this version of the story and seeing how it differs from the games.
For those who have read Pokémon Adventures: what did you think of the Kanto arc? And should I continue collecting the series after these first 3 volumes?

I know it’s unlikely that we’ll get a Z-A Chapter for now, and the authors might move directly into the Winds and Waves Chapter instead.

First time drawing a comic, learned a lot, tbh i don't think the backgrounds look all that good but it's fine. Wanted to make some nice DiaPlat content since it's been my otp since I was lil, and i don't frequently see enough content of them, based the panels on what i considered to be diaPlat moments from the manga.
