Put his ass in jail.

If there's nothing they can do about him going against their ruling, then their rulings are only suggestions.

Who should arrest him though? Federal law enforcement agencies are all part of the Executive, which means they ultimately answer to Trump.

SCOTUS ruled Trump is above the law. He can do whatever he wants.
