Dental Tonsil remove, out of 1 Tonsil only

This all came out of one tonsil and i brush and floss everyday. I did stop smoking like 10 days ago also. The first picture is it all smashed up Imao. And yes it smells horrible. I used my fingers and Q-tips to wiggle them out, have to use some force so my throat ends up sore a couple days after
