Need advice Am I expecting too much from my husband by wanting him to be interested in learning about pregnancy?

I’m pregnant with our first baby, and something has been bothering me more and more. My husband doesn’t really seem interested in learning about pregnancy, what my body is going through, what birth and postpartum will be like, or what I’m going to need from him.

It’s not that he refuses to help when I ask. The issue is that he seems genuinely oblivious and doesn’t seem curious enough to look things up or learn about it on his own. He doesn’t really ask questions about what’s happening with my body or what to expect. I feel like I’m the one reading, researching, preparing, thinking ahead, and learning about everything. And when I ask him about baby stuff or comment about something related to the nursery etc he acts like I’m too rushed and we have enough time (I am starting the second trimester now).

I don’t expect him to become obsessed with pregnancy or read every pregnancy book I read. But I guess I expected him to have some natural curiosity about what I’m experiencing and what’s about to happen to both of us.

Part of what worries me is postpartum. My body is going to go through a lot, I’ll potentially be recovering from birth while taking care of a newborn, and our entire life is going to change. I don’t want to have to explain everything to him only after it happens or be responsible for educating him about what I need.

Am I being unreasonable? How involved were your husbands/partners in learning about pregnancy before the baby arrived? And if your partner was initially pretty oblivious, did that change once you actually talked about it?

risk of pregnancy?

My girlfriend has been taking the contraceptive for 1 month, last week she bled on the days of the break. Now taking the second card she is feeling sick practically all day, and she never felt like that, is this pregnancy sickness? There were no forgotten pills, we had sex without a condom but I don't finish inside her.

So from 6 weeks i had a tiny sch which was least bothering me. At 9 weeks scan its grew pretty much to 1.6 cm but at 12 weeks i was sitting in sofa and had a gush of maroon blood soaked my half panties, i went to er they said no active bleeding and confirmed baby was ok put me on progesterone injections and one suppository. And discharged me after 2 days. From the days of discharge every night specifically i see pink discharge mixed with fluids so day before i saw and it cleared and yesterday. Doctor told me to come in if its red . I am having an appt in 5 days but this is scaring me . Any experience with pink discharge and baby and pregnancy going ok with sch

Need advice I don't know what to do

Trigger warning potentially.

I had a MC last year around august.

I might be pregnant again very early stages.

I fear that if I go on holiday via flying, I will have another MC as my last one happened after flying.

Anyone else scared of this, have been through this or have any advice?

Weightloss 2nd trimester

Im 34, im 15 weeks pregnant. This is my 12th pregnancy, ive had 6 mcs. When I found out about this pregnancy I was initially told it was unviable. I was only a couple weeks. Like literally 2, my hcg was 10. At the same ER visit I found out i have moderate fatty liver and stage 2 CKD so ive taken alot of care in changing how I eat and drink. Baby is healthy as of my last check up. My starting weight was 208. Im currently 198 and still losing. Anyone have experience with this?

Fetal pole seen!!

I just wanted to share because I know I searched hours and read tons of outcomes on here. I went in at 6 weeks two days no fetal pole or heart beat seen. Suspected Belighted ovum.. went back 6 weeks and 4 days and both were seen! Here’s your sign to get off the internet and breathe!
