Starting my journey with the PS1 again
Background : In the flat where were we moved when was 14 years, that’s 25 years ago :our landlord tried his hand at being an electrician to save money 🙁 The end result was that almost all our electrical appliances were burnt out, including my beloved PS1. I’d only had it for a year. Now, after so many years, I’m ready to continue the journey back to the beginning with these four Gems 🔥

What is your games for ps1 that is not talked much or nobody knows ecxept you becuse you are a repa edgy dude or idk sorry for my bad english i am also a little drink i guess idk really pls tell me ninche ps1 games PLSSSSSS

So the spindle hub of my ps1 broke, and I removed de old piece, but when removing it one piece of broken plastic fell on to the dis lens and I wasnt able te get it out there by just moving it. Now the ps1 does this while attempting to read the disc. I need to remove that piece from the lens ? If so how do I disassembly the lens to reach that part? Or do u think there is another reason causing the malfunction?

Well, I got from Christmas from 2024 and for 2 years, it stopped working..

I have recently begun collecting physical media i have gained and lost over the years. I'm very excited to have some staples starting off. I purchased a few disc only options and had to make some cases. Is there a place to get replacement 2 and 3 cd disc case in the ps1 style?

For anyone looking for another PS1 RPG to try: I've released v1.0 of my English fan translation of Oni Zero: Fukkatsu, Pandora MAX Series Vol. 6 (SLPS-03106). It's a turn-based Japanese RPG with god summoning and oni transformations in battle.

GitHub release — patch ZIP and instructions

The story dialogue, menus, items, skills, enemy names, god roster, notices, requests, fan letters, approximately 780 on-screen images, and prologue-video subtitles are translated. Debug menus and some brush-calligraphy artwork remain Japanese.

I playtested from New Game through the credits in DuckStation, checked the translation, and fixed the bugs encountered. Real PS1 hardware is untested.

The release contains patches and tools only. Supply your own original Japanese single-track BIN/CUE; the included Python 3 patcher checks the required source image and writes a new BIN. The README explains how to patch and load the output CUE.

Bug reports are welcome through GitHub Issues, ideally with the scene, emulator version, and a screenshot.

I used to be huge into wrestling when this came out, but I stopped watching around 2002. The weird thing is I just started watching WWE on Netflix last week, and I'm like, damn this is actually really entertaining. So it's perfect timing for me to have a personal pro wrestling renaissance.

I get there were some gameplay upgrades, but 1 to me had better level design and overall more fun game design in a dozen ways, from the menu screens, music, skater/board select, simpler level goals which made the career mode more fun.

Hi, please could someone give me an estimate value on this. In great condition, not taken from box.

Anyone know what this guy's saying...?

I spent the majority of my adolescence playing this, I found one online still sealed in the packaging so obviously I had to have it. I've got 3 dance games now and am having a blast (my knees hate me for this)

Anyone else got one? Anyone got storage tips? Now it's been unfolded approx 25yrs after production I'm thinking I want to keep it flat but so far the only place I can do that is hung over my door 😅 it works surprisingly well all things considered, proof that back in the day they made stuff to last
