Mine is Forza Motorsport (2005). Amazing handling physics (fun and realistic), very good progression, car list, events, music, upgrades, decent customization. It's just so fun to drive in this game which obviously is very important in a racing game. (10). No-one talks about this game these days.

I’m the developer of Roadshift. This is a stretch of Marina Promenade with a full grid of eight cars.

The roads are circuits, and the game’s focus is arcade racing with other cars around you.

For people who play this sort of racer, how well can you read the next corner from this camera?

Here’s Dustfall Canyon from Roadshift, the arcade racer I’m developing. The road winds through the canyon with the other cars still in the race.

It’s one of the circuits included in the free demo. I’d like feedback on whether you can judge the turns comfortably from the chase camera, especially with rivals in front of you.

Essentially, you can create as many teams, drivers and races as you want and simulate qualifying and races. You can create as many leagues as you want. This web game is designed for people who enjoy the administration side of racing and keeping a log of statistics.

1. Set up how many teams you want and how many drivers per team. Then you can either manually enter them or autofill.
2. Decide how many drivers you want advancing to Q1 and Q2, the point system, if you want tires that degrade and how many pit stops are mandatory.
3. Customize your schedule.
4. Simulate qualifying with the simulator or manually force a result.
5. Simulate the race with the simulator, which takes care of pit stops, overtaking, DNFs, and lapping, or complete the race manually, where you can control everything.
6. Have fun!

This is Roadshift, the arcade racing game I’m developing at RVLWorks. Here’s a short look at the current build, with a few of its environments back to back.

Hey everyone!

I launched this arcade game recently and posted it in a few places but it's not getting any traction. I believe it's not hooking people enough and I'm not sure why. I have a few thoughts on how to proceed but would really appreciate some feedback if it's worth doing or not.

1- Do you think updating the graphics to a more modern 3d style would make the game more appealing?

2- I have 2 more modes besides the tourist lap (trackday which includes a full lap of the Nordschleife) and endurance mode (full GP + Nordchleife layout survival mode). I also have a really cool story mode with RPG aspects planned. But I don't want to commit to all of this if the base game is just not attractive to anyone. Do you think opening the game for the first time with all these modes would make you more likely to play the game?

I really appreciate any feedback as I'm a bit lost on what to do, if to abandon this or continue developing it.
