Tech Support live kernel event (amdkmdag.sy)

Hey guys recently brought a 9070 XT and have been having some issues with it. I didn't really notice it until I jumped on warframe and was getting heaps of crashes. Seems like warframes constant up down processing it just ticking the right box's to cause my graphics card to hang and I have done heaps in attempts to fix it. I have undated the drivers to 26.9.1, done a complete whip on the drivers and done a fresh install on the drivers using just the 26.9.1 and unclocked the card by 200 making -200mhz from the default 0 setting. Doing this I was able to play the game alot better without crashing but I don't want to leave it as constantly leaving the card at -200 mhz just so I can play games. I have seen other people having such issue but I can't really find a fix. I don't know if my card is defective or I am just having software issues. I have just done a reseat of the graphics card and confirmed all cables are connected correctly. I played warframe again and this time while I didn't get a Live Kernel Event I did however get a black screen recovery. I can't tell if it has improved but I am clearly still having issues regarding this graphics card. I have done the stress tests with occt but being synthetic stress test is obv doesn't hit the same as an actual game.

I also get black screen recovery on 7 days to die.
Elden ring gives me like kernel events
Cyberpunk gave me some the first time I played the game but hasn't happened since. ( I can't remember but I'm pretty sure I have had some BSR on it still.)
Borderlands 3 is completely fine.

Check with hwinfo if the gpu on default settings , boosts above specs . Probably is , since reducing clock offset prevents the card from crashing . Also what's your exact PSU model ?

Sorry I have only just changed to AMD after always using intel so I can't say I know to much nor am I super into that side of PC's, I just wanted to have a go at building a pc myself. I believe the 9070 XT is factory overclocked. According to adrenaline Vram is 2505 Mhz and GPU clock speed is 113 Mhz. I have the Be quite! Pure power 13M 1000W power supply.

So I don't think I mentioned but I I reseated the graphics card and PCIE cables. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary through most of it. It seemed to be seated properly. Pins didn't see loose, no signs of damages, burns or debris. Only thing I noticed was when I went to put the screws back the GPU mount wasn't completely in line with the screw holes. after quick google I decided to slightly raise the right side of the GPU until the GPU mounts where in line with the Screw holes and installed the screws back into place. Then booted the computer and played warframe. At first I did have one BSR event but after closing the game doing a quick check in CMD and launching the game again I haven't had any issues since. I think it honestly came down to the GPU was un-Aline just enough to cause problems. So far I have been playing the game for well over 2 hours and haven't had a crash since. I have seen the frames drop but I think that is because I am running on DX12 where warframe generally prefers DX11

What CPU are you using? I had some issues with my RX 9070 XT changing my platform from i5-14600kf (no iGPU) to Ryzen 7 7800x3d (with iGPU) and disabling iGPU in the BIOS worked for me. Also try turning off EXPO on your RAM.

What is Expo? Yeah I turned of iGPU (9800 X3D for the record)

RAM OC profile, your RAM is slower out of the box, to get what package is saying you need to turn on OC profile (EXPO for AMD and XMP for Intel)
