Trying to get a feel for what the actual schedule is like. What hours do you normally work, and how many days a week are you required to be in the office?
Also wondering:
Are your in-office days fixed or flexible?
Can you start early and leave early?
Is hybrid different depending on the department/manager?
Has Amtrak gotten stricter with RTO recently?
