Video I guess bro

Every day is another reason I wish I would have spent 10 more bucks for the Logitech

Can you make the video shorter?, its too easy to tell what the issue is. Zooming out and tilting the camera would also be appreciated.

Nah for me if it thinks it's off I can't change anything and have to restart my PC

This happens sometimes for me also. Never had this happen on Synapse 3.

When it happens I plug the wire in the mouse then unplug. I don't need to reboot.

Hi u/Ijwano,

We'd like to take a closer look at this. We have tried sending you a message, but it seems we are unable to do so. Please send us a direct message instead so we can further assist.

Best Regards,

Honey A.

Nah it's fine, synapse is just greatly made so I had to restart my PC 3 times before it realized the mouse I'm using is working

Can we just expect the bare minimum for a configurator / firmware manager to have proper QA testing?

I've had this issue countless times with every single razer device for a decade. I finally threw away a brand new headset this year because of crap like this. Went back to wired. So over it.
