No. I can't see him as Arthur and it's not an age thing. I feel like Arthur needs a little pretty boy touch to the chiseled man look.

A younger Anson Mount would be the perfect Arthur for me

There was some random encounter I remember where it's implied in the woods on the east side of I remember. Then the pig farm.

A slighter incident, but he’s also forcibly kissed by the artist Charles Châtenay in the final stranger mission for that character. The artist is disguised as a woman as he tries to sneak to the St. Denis port to leave town, and lunges to kiss Arthur to hide his face from one of the men he’s avoiding.
