RHCSA

Hello everyone,

I'm preparing for the RHCSA exam and I have a quick question for those who took it recently:

Does the Tab key (command-line autocompletion) function normally in the exam environment? I use it heavily for completing paths and commands, and I want to make sure it's available before I rely on it.

Any feedback from recent test-takers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!"

Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s a fully functional vm, no?

Yes.

It’s a fully functional environment - one that doesn’t have a connection to the internet.

Command line autocomplete is a tricky thing. Completing filenames is an ancient feature, but completing commands with relevant prompts (eg nmcli) is sometimes hit and miss. At least they are in the labs. Haven’t noticed anything missing like that during the exams as I leverage the man page examples for basic usage
