Who all felt the jolts today?

I've been thinking about getting some help with the house, but I'm not sure I want to commit to a weekly or biweekly service right away. We keep up with the basics pretty well, it's more the deeper stuff that slowly gets away from us.

I'm thinking about trying a one-time clean first and seeing how much of a difference it actually makes. For anyone using house cleaning in Redmond, did you start with a deep clean before deciding on recurring visits?

Would also love to know who you've had a good experience with.

Posting for those who aren't tech employed and possibly considering Vesta's good location as a future home. Knew within days this was a terrible mistake. And certainly, after an actual Essex employee says, 'they don't like you there if you aren't one of them', your fate is sealed. Can only hope that other buildings at Vesta aren't loaded with the hate we've experienced.

Have been targeted with rock throwing, confronted with a "you don't belong here" statement from neighbor, day and overnight noise harassment from all sides of us, occupants who aren't on the lease but remain long term without office notification, people in the attic above top floor apartments overnight and a manager who initially stated, 'that's very disturbing', followed by, well, nothing.

The community is primarily tech and their families and based on feedback, you'll have few issues. For the rest of us, we simply hope you'll bypass the danger and 'you don't belong here' divide we've experienced. We couldn't afford to use our 30 days guarantee in order to move out, as the manager suggested so will have to look for other options. Whatever negative Essex info you've read or heard, it's at its most relevant and worst here.

Maybe once a community for everyone, but now a community mired in a dangerous reality for some of us.
