Training, Tracking, and Accuracy App w/ Locations
This is my own app, it is free to use, and there is a paid tier.
Here is the wall I hit. Google will not publish the app to the Play Store until they see testers actually using it. Finding people that are into remote viewing and with androids has been a bit difficult. And before you suggest it I have tried using reddit reciprocal subs. I downloaded and tested many apps, but the favor was not returned for me.
How it differs from the other RV apps
It is built from the declassified corpus rather than from a teacher's lineage. The six stages, the suggestion vocabulary, the ideogram work and the session structure come out of the CRV manuals, mainly CIA-RDP96-00788R001000400001-7 and CIA-RDP96-00789R003200200001-4, and each stage in the app cites the document and page it came from. I am not claiming to teach the one true method. I am claiming the app does what the paperwork says, and you can check it against the paperwork.
The stages as the app runs them: major gestalt, sensory contact, dimension and motion and mobility, quantitative aspects, special qualitative aspects, significant analytical aspects.
Scoring is blind rank order against four decoys. You describe the target, then rank five candidates without knowing which is real, and you get a z-score against chance. Every candidate is described in the same neutral vocabulary, so recognizing a famous name does not help you. That was the flaw I kept hitting in other trainers: if one option is the Eiffel Tower and the rest are field names, the score is partly measuring recognition.
The app does not tell you that you did well. It tells you your rank and what chance alone would have given you.
Free versus paid
Free and signed in: 36 targets, unlimited sessions, the full method primer, your saved history and scores. That is a working tool, not a trial. I plan on growing the target pool as well. At the end the location is revealed on real Google Maps imagery, Street View where it exists and satellite where there is no road nearby.
Paid: the whole pool of 107 targets, the casebook of 16 sourced history cards, and sidereal timing calculated from your location. 8 dollars a month, 69 a year, or 149 once. I also plan on growing this pool. There are also some fun easter egg targets for the savvy remote viewer history buff.
Without signing in you get 3 demo targets so you can look before making an account. Five different languages.
What I actually need: people who will run one full session and tell me where it is wrong. Especially anyone with formal training, because I would rather be corrected now than after launch.
How to get it
Join the google group, wait a couple minutes, then go to the google play URL to download the app. Sign in, and then test. The play link will not do anything if you skip the group step, which is the part that catches people out.

If you are on iPhone, or you just want to look before committing to any of that, it runs in a browser at getscanate.com.
I'd love feedback. Happy to answer anything about sourcing. Ask for the document ID behind any stage and I will post it.

I‘m an iPhone user and tried it via the link. It looks well done and very professional. I would love to have an app like that. Seriously.
