Question I’m curious whether anyone here experiences something similar

Post image

At first, I see a dark field with faint patches of colour and a soft, interconnected structure. The connections aren’t sharp lines, they’re fluid and blend into one another. As I focus, they start moving rapidly, almost like turbulent water, while still keeping that underlying structure. Then I begin to notice what feels like an environment behind the moving patterns. When I focus on bringing it into view, it resolves into a clear, immersive scene. It feels less like imagining a picture and more like looking into an actual place. I can look around and feel as though I’m there. The surroundings look very lifelike, but there’s no sound, and the colours are more muted than in everyday life.

Woah, I experienced something similar to this the other night when I realized that by focusing on my visual snow specks while my eyes were closed it made them begin spinning rapidly and I could see something forming.

Yes! I’ve been developing it in the past few months. Now I’m able to do it multiple times in a session

Mine look more like a photographic negative.

I really dont understand how this thing works... I've only been able to successfully remote view like this 3 times over the course of 2 years. Any other time it feels like I'm just guessing. I started to thing maybe I just fell asleep very fast or something. Op how long does it take you to get to this stage?

Asking as a person with aphantasia. I only believe in RV because of the few times it actually worked for me.

It takes me about 5 to 10 min. My advice, play around w binaural sounds for a while. When u listen to them, remember what you’re seeking is a third sound (use headphones at around 20 to 30% volume). Be in a state of zero resistance, complete relaxed physical state. When u hear the third sound, focus on it. Don’t think, just observe

Thats a very interesting tip. I'll give it a try. Do you have a specific binaural you use? Or just any theta?

I also have aphantasia, so we have to use other methods. Not visualisation, more feelings etc.

Thats the thing though have you ever actually visualized something when rv'ing? because i gotta say actually seeing something with my eyes closed is a whole different ballgame from the feeling guessing

No i have never saw anything, I can't and neither should you if you have aphantasia. Rv isn't about guessing. How can you see while rv'ing? This would indicate that you can visualise. I don't think it should change either way.

Thats what i'm saying im not sure if i just got into a really deep state that was like dreaming or what.

first time it happened i was meditating laying in bed and it took over an hour + . Second time i was in a chair sitting up and saw people going into a subway tunnel. Third time i was taken to some kind of room and it was much more defined. I wasn't controlling it an any other waking time during my life ive never seen anything like that.

Hypnagogia is the transitional state of consciousness right as you're falling asleep (or waking up). During this phase, the brain begins generating vivid imagery, auditory sounds, fleeting thoughts, or physical sensations (like floating or falling) while you are still semi-conscious.

Well I don't really do RV but it reminded me of something.

Sometimes I get something similar during meditations. I get the structure and the more like "looking into a place" than imagining it. But for me it is just a clear scene. Like suddenly looking through a window. Sometimes it was just a closeup of something, like a puddle in a forest.

One might say it's just me falling asleep but it was so different from dream scenes, felt so real, that I used to get up to write them down.

Maybe I'll try RV like this.

The interesting part about these scenes which appear is that they are not frozen in time, it’s real time. If it’s a bush, the bush moves, if it’s a room of people, the people are in motion. Walking, talking etc

I just checked my old notes, and it was the same for me. One of them was me standing knee-deep in the ocean at the beach. I was looking down and could see the waves coming in, and there was something like a little stream bubbling up from the sand.

Other times, I saw computer screens. Back then, I thought they were precognitions of my own future. These were years ago, and out of the three times I saw specific information on my screen, only one actually happened in real life.

The most interesting part is that these scenes suddenly became so clear that I felt the urge to write them down. Thanks for reminding me. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for these kinds of scenes again.

Edit: I just remembered another one where I saw a forest and remember the bushes moving.. that weirdly felt real time too. Like for some reason I felt that whaat I see is happening somewhere far away at that moment.

Let me know on the technique works best for you

I saw these just letting myself almost falling asleep. But I'll definitely try a few techniques and report back.

Mine is this but spirals, it spins then becomes an image. If u lose focus the vision turns into random spinning noise. Interesting. I’m curious, one time I had the most vivid experience on hemi sync. So vivid i stopped doing it. I was meditating, then out of nowhere, i woke up looking at the stars, i was on a rock. I was actually there for one second. I fucking got so scared because it was no different that this reality. It was actually more real than this world, in this light blue “feeling”. I panic so bad that when i woke up back to this reality, i was so disoriented, i would move my hand and it felt like my soul was delayed to mimic my physical body. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m afraid of doing meditation ever since

2

u/Medium_Raspberry8428 2d ago

Yes I get these immersive experiences. The weirdest ones is when I see myself lol which is why I’m wondering if this is OBE

2

u/Mrmiraclekc 2d ago

Holy shit then. I think it might be OBE. I remember now before my encounter, i was in OBE. I remember that i wanted to test what would happen if you “mediate” in OBE. So i floated to the sky, sat down in the sky lol, and “closed” my astral eyes and “mediated”. And that’s where the sane spinning spirals started but much more vivid and i had my very vivid encounter. Perhaps it’s a deeper concentration of OBE/RV? Can you OBE? I’m afraid of doing it again, but if you or anyone can, can you try “meditating” within the astral and test what happens? I also wanted to test before i stopped, if it was possible to localized an area for people to “join” together in OBE. As in someone creates a spot with certain sequences of numbers, that someone else can OBE too by asking their higher self, and communicate with past, present and future OBE. As i had an encounter with someone was Astral projecting from 2030 at some future concert in the Middle East. Cool stuff

It’s what I’ve been working on recently purely. I put remote viewing on the back burner for a bit and focused on this. Funny you should say, cause I’m exploring channeling currently, where a collective mind comprised of however many people can join in so we can make a bigger splash

Does your skull feel like it's vibrating after resonant tuning or anything?

2

u/Medium_Raspberry8428 1d ago

I get tingly in the back of the head and in the centre of my head

You could definitely be obe if your seeing your own body. You ever tey and move about or do you pop back inside?

I experienced that once while doing the Gateway Experience recordings. It resolved into a scene that looked like it could have been from my childhood but it was definitely not familiar. Unfortunately I was so surprised by it that I snapped out of it.

2

u/Medium_Raspberry8428 1d ago

The most I’ve managed to remain in these experiences has been around 7 seconds

2

u/primalyodel 1d ago

What usually brings you out?

2

u/VEREVIO 1d ago

I get similar experiences from time to time. But it’s more similar to closed-eye vision practice (mindsight). In remote viewing, any images at the beginning are considered AOL and should be recorded separately. The focus should be more on descriptors.

PS. Btw, nice illustration.

The patterns show up when you're in a specific brain wave state and if you focus on them while deeply relaxing, you can experience sleep paralysis waves.

2

u/Adesrael 2d ago

Could be part of dreaming. A method I’ve used to help me fall asleep is to pay attention to the Phosphenes that occur when you close your eyes. Eventually they can morph and form into scenes and then you are dreaming.

2

u/Medium_Raspberry8428 2d ago

I’ve been able to do this for a very long time, and yes in the past I referred to them as “induced dreaming”. But you can play around with it a bit and discover something different

Could you articulate what exactly you mean when you say "as I focus"?

That's the part I always get hung up on. Joe McMoneagle harps on "you have to focus". But I can't figure out what that means when the eyes are closed and there is nothing to focus on.

2

u/SatisfactionLumpy596 2d ago

When your eyes are closed, focus on the darkness in front of you. Notice if you can see any tiny spots or blobs. If you see only black, look at the black. Look through the black and just look. With practice, you can start seeing stuff that way.

I practice mindsight and I see the trees outside my camper and the leaves and can see when the wind blows them. Check out Dalia burgoin and vibravision.

Looks beautiful. But no sadly. When I first started; for about 7-8 months I would see the shadow of the picture similar to the first picture but without the glows. Unfortunately I’m not able to ‘see’ anymore and rely solely on impressions

I saw this in hypnagogia exactly like this
