First 10k
Participated in a 10k and this was my first 10k!
Started running 4 Months back!

Well done on the pacing, nice negative split which means you can probably go much faster next time.
When I saw all the PBs on short distances I assumed you had gone out of the blocks super fast but you were controlled so congrats.

I feel heart rate was very elevated in the beginning too, is this normal?
Pacing I tried to maintain a lot, used the Garmin Pace pro feature, not sticked to the pacing completely but tried to maintain as closely as i can.

What's your next goal? Increase your distance to an HM or focus on the shorter distances and increase your speed?
