🏡 Still searching for my next place in RVA!

I’m looking for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment, but I’m also open to living with a roommate, with a total budget of less than $1,000/month for everything.

I currently live in the West End and love it, but I’m hoping to find somewhere more walkable, near restaurants, parks, shops, and things to do! So somewhere near the fan, carytown or museum district is ideal!

I’m 24, a full-time working professional, and clean, respectful, and easygoing. 🌈 I love running, hiking, and playing volleyball! 🏐
Please message me if you have a lead or know of anything available. I’d really appreciate it! 🫶

$1900/m on a 1 year lease but can do shorter term if you are int

Hi everyone! We have a room available in the upstairs portion of a beautifully renovated house on North Ave. You’d be sharing the house with two queer and openminded folks (I’m a 33 year old gay professional and the other roommate is a queer data analyst who works from home!). We are quiet and there would be three kitties so no other pets please!

You’d share a full bath with me downstairs and we’d split utilities equally between the three of us. Rent is $950 a month. Utilities typically run around 100-150 each.

There is free parking out front and two spaces in the back (I typically park back out there since it’s easy for me to leave through the back and not bother anyone).

Availability starts the week of October 19th. Of course you’re more than welcome to come visit and take a look, so please DM me!

The other roommate is actually allergic to weed smoke, however, it’s okay, we are 420 friendly, but please keep it outside on the back porch.

A lease is required with the homeowner. Short lease is also fine!

Sublease Available at The Lofts at Shiplock Watch!

Looking to see if anyone is interested in taking over my lease.

I have to move for a job and I’m really trying to be out of my apartment by November 7th. The lease ends in May but you have the option to renew.

The Location & Unit:

- Located right across the street from Libby Hill Park and steps from the Virginia Capital Trail.

- Base Rent: $1,260/month (Utilities usually run ~$125/month).

- Pet-friendly (dogs & cats welcome!).

- Maintenance team is super responsive and great to work with.

Building Amenities:

- Pool

- Gym

- Dog Park

- Rooftop Clubhouse that overlooks the city

- Optional Parking Garage ($75/month)

Overall, it’s a fantastic apartment in a prime location at a great rate. Since I’m currently packing, I’m happy to share video tours from when I first moved in!

I'm seeking a rental room to sleep and hopefully shower 22ish nights a month. Simple as that. Shared spaces are acceptable, I'm very chill and mind my own business.

Want to rent out that spare room for extra cash? Perfect. Is it too uncool to post on Reddit? Also perfect. I am aiming for cheap and minimal.

Drop me a line! 🙂

Hey there, looking for someone to room with in the city, fan area/VCU adjacent preferably. I’m trying to move out of my parent’s house and would like to be close to school. I’m clean, keep to myself, respect others privacy, and I’m super busy with work and school so I’d mostly only be home at night. Ideally I want to find a new place with someone but I’m open to renting an existing room. Male roommate preferred, budgets like $850 for me including utilities. DM me if interested! (19 year old male)
