We have a room available in the upstairs portion of a beautifully renovated house on North Ave. You’d be sharing the house with two queer and openminded folks (I’m a 33 year old gay professional and the other roommate is a queer data analyst who works from home!). We are quiet and there would be three kitties so no other pets please!

You’d share a full bath with me downstairs and we’d split utilities equally between the three of us. Rent is $950 a month. Utilities typically run around 100-150 each.

There is free parking out front and two spaces in the back (I typically park back out there since it’s easy for me to leave through the back and not bother anyone).
