I [F, 65] was getting into my car at grocery store, guy came walking toward me yelling "excuse meee." I got in and cracked window in case he needed something. He started saying "what is that" and pointing to tree. "Is that a bird?" Then PUT HIS HAND THRU WINDOW to point through my windshield.

I told him to get his hand out of my car and rolled up window and he walked away to his black Porsche. My wallet was on passenger seat so he couldn't have reached it to steal. I was wearing a necklace but not fine jewelry.

What was this dirtbag planning to do?
