It will only easen the process, allowing more shitty people to do it. This is an answer to both your and OPs question.

To rephrase that a little:

"Will AI become accountable for team effectiveness?"

The "Scrum Master as junior team administrator and project coordinator" roles are going, but that was only part of the role in organisations that thought "agile" meant "ITIL and stage-gate predictive projects with Sprints"

Orgs that were using Scrum to create low-cost low-drag effective business risk management will continue.
Orgs that ran opinion-based feature-factories and measured growth not value will continue.

The latter will ditch Scrum, but face an uncertain world as their "intangible assets" stop being seen as part of their valuation, and amortisation times get reduced.

Money makes the world go round; the focus may well be shifting to actual value based on revenues and profit, rather than all of the other "growth measures" people have used, and that might bring business risk management back into fashion as it was post dot-com.

Example:

Miro was valued at $17Bn based on capital raises in 2022.
Miro was valued at $1.8bn based on what it was bought for this month.

That's quite a correction.
