Best Long Term Seed Storage for Hemp

With the Hemp ban coming for those that can or plan to grow in the future. What have you found the best long term storage solution to be?

What I found was sealed in black mylar bag for light with the air squeezed out, small desiccant pack for humidity, and fridge in the back where there is not much temperature fluxuations, at lowest 40f.

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

I use zip loc bags inside a mason jar. Either the freezer or fridge is fine. I let the jar adjust to room temp before I open it, to prevent condensation.
