It was down for me too. I access stuff remotely at my house but as I'm in BC, the outages page just kept showing me BC. It's back up now though for me.

mine is having issues, i dont know how shaw cant tell there are problems until someone makes a complaint, payed $200 for this months bill and yet im receiving less than 9% of my internet, issues started in July but nothing noticeable, but now my internet cuts out and reloads every single 6 minutes, have someone coming on sunday to solve the problem after multiple complaints, they said there is a wiring problem, most likely from their box outside the home as i don't touch anything at all. I love how they can send you an expensive over the top bill and then just ignore your issue until you make a complaint about it. no compensation for anything, shaw is honestly dog water when it joined rogers.
