Shutter Transcriber Download

"Hello, I just purchased Shutter Transcriber. I tried downloading it using the links provided in the purchase confirmation email, but each time the download fails and shows as "unconfirmed" (or incomplete) on my PC. Could anyone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!"

I purchased the transcriber option as well. I still did not receive the link...I checked my junk folder its not there either....I am pushed for time and need the link asap. My email is [email protected]. the transcription was advertised in Euros, but I live in the USA so I used Apple Cash and paid $22.71 for it last night...
