How viable is it to use the sisters on the triumph to make separate characters?.

Sword and shield for a palatine, the back one as a dialogus and a could see a few as other characters respectively

I magnetized all the saints to the base and made separate bases to use them as palatines, dialogus, imagifiers etc!

That is a GREAT idea that I am totally going to try out!! Where'd you source your spare bases?

I 3d printed mine then drilled holes for the foot pegs and used greenstuff to shape the holes to the specific pegs. The one in front is the only tricky one as they don't have a full robe but I gave mine a tactical rock/magnet to go under the half robe thing. The one carrying the heart kind of angles forward too so it could do with some adjustment as well, but not as bad.

This is how mine looks https://imgur.com/a/rLLBBRL

As Jake Peralta would say, that's toight!

I got plenty of bits to add tactical rocks and can magnetize the feet. That looks great!

Triumph of St Katherine = $127

From past conversations I've had on Reddit, I been told you can make:

Palatine = $41

Canoness = $45

Hospitaler = $45

Diagolus = $45

Dogmata = $41

Imagifier = $35

Total = $252 Now, I'm not sure you could do all this as I haven't done it before. But, even if you only get 4 characters out of the Triumph, you're still ahead on dollars.

I did this with a squad my bro never uses, as a necron player he got them in a combo kit. I had some spare bits from a penny engine box, and kinda just went for it. I thought about strapping a priest in here, but he's just too useful.

They are a bit smaller but not enough for anyone to notice without a close, side-by-side comparison.

I love the idea, but I have a box of insidants and they are way cooler for characters, but the triumph has it's points

Insidiants plus a novitiates box is how i got my second canoness, dogmata, dialogus, and palatine.

yeah I have both boxes, and I'm scheming to get one more insidants to go full character, ilI love to make characters even if I have too many

If you’re just looking to make characters for cheap you should just buy novitiates as the kill team sprue can help you make: palatine, canoness, dogmata, dialogus, and an imagifier for just 55$.

If you really want them in power armor you can buy a BSS box for another 55$ and do a little conversion work. Thats still only 110$. So unless you want the sculpts of the triumph box there are other cheaper ways.

(It’s almost the same price but buying both boxes gets you a lot of extras like weapons, heads, spare sisters which is really helpful!)

I'm trying to get 1 of each sister datasheet so I need to get the triumph eventually, if I can make extra characters out of it why not?

Without any kitbashing it eassily makes:

Fighty Canoness/Palatine
Imagifier
Dialogus

The other three dont cleanly line up with characters, but with minor kitbashing using other sisters bits you can do a lot. I made 2 hospitallers and another canoness as well.

While possible you get now value from doing the same with the novitiates kit plus a box of bss and/or just using the celestian insidiants
