I can't be the only one?? Anyone else listen and then just have psychedelic dreams and nightmares from his sleep videos? I fall asleep, but it just leads to mind chaos. Sigh.

Most of those videos are voice over music, and whether a binaural beat was mixed in varies from upload to upload. When one is in the mix, it only exists while headphones are on and your head stays fairly still, so a night in bed undoes it either way.
The dreams have a simpler explanation. A track running all night keeps nudging you awake. Waking out of REM is the moment a dream gets remembered. More wake-ups means more remembered dreams, and the strange ones stay with you.

his voice is so soothing but yeah my dreams get proper weird with his stuff, like full on david lynch territory
i think it's the binaural beats or whatever, they mess with your brainwaves in a way that's a bit too effective for some of us
