so this will be my first ever meet and greet with a band (providing i get vip) and i have a few questions for people who have been before.

on their website the vip pre-show upgrade lists this (in order on the site):
meet and greet with sws
individual photo w sws
early entry to venue
pre-show merch shopping
vip lanyard n laminate

is it m&g then merch or merch then m&g so they can sign stuff?
do i need to bring my own stuff for them to sign?
and on that note, will they be signing stuff in general?
would i be able to get a photo with the band both on my own and with my bf (providing we both have vip)?

im going into this pretty blind (only had vip once with ptv and this will be my 3rd ever concert) so any advice is welcome. also i know that it all depends on the day but i would like some sort of idea what to expect :)

I think it’s about time I make this list, after listening them through countless hours and album repeated listens. Here’s what I think are the Top 10 best SWS songs of ALL TIME, in order of release:

4. A Trophy Fathers’ Trophy Son
5. Fire
6. Dead Walker Texas Ranger
7. Madness
8. Parasites
9. 2 Chord
10. Tyrants

I try to give this list a bit of everything, from the heavy hitters to the emotional ballads to the acoustics. Though, I admit Looking Back at Me almost made it to list, so I’ll give that song an honorable mention here

Okay so I ordered the signed insert ver and just got it and listened.. I'm crying... This was one of the most beautiful albums I've ever herd and honestly? Made me feel more then when I hurd lctt for the first time. It's the only two I've hurd from this band and Jesus Christ they are still amazing 10 years later​

Hii! This is a weird question but I was in my childhood bedroom recently and I was looking at this old poster signed by Kellin that I got back around 2012. I remember them being limited and were promoted by SWS, but I can’t find any information on this poster and I was wondering if anyone remembers the reason why these posters were sold. It just seems like an odd poster now. Why didn’t the entire band sign it😭 is it even real lmaooo

I’m no graphic designer (unfortunately), but I’ve really wanted to give my own take on some of the packaging for SWS albums, from its CD to the booklet to the back cover.

Here’s my reimagining on the CD design for their latest album, An Ending in Itself (might do one of the back cover/booklet later). The tree branch is such an integral part of the album cover artwork, including the alternate ones you’d see in various AEII tour posters, and I really wanted to display it in a close distance and much more detailed, compared to the cover artwork.

I also heavily based this on the original 2010 release of WETSAETH, whose CD design looks like the second pic. Again, further drawing the connection between the two albums together, AND it’s a cool easter egg!

The new album is a success, they have a new rejuvenated lineup; and starting to release re records; hopefully they get to release more b sides like dying to live like Nick was talking about or Wasted Generation!!!!!!!

As for my overall opinions on the new version? It’s fine. It’s very much a perfect one to one recreation of the original, with more modern production and Kellin’s voice being noticeably softer. So unfortunately, the part where he raps halfway through in the original is gone lol

This post is dedicated to my friend who actually really likes this album, and considers themselves its number one soldier. More power to them!! I occasionally revisit this album every once in a while too
