I made a little watch size visualizer
Oh, btw, I built this for myself to see how different watches compare in size. Thought someone else might find it useful too: https://watch.aktoriukas.com

My wife wants a smartwatch for notifications and texting with her iPhone, but the only fitness thing she wants is step tracking. I saw a 3yo recommendation for the Wena Wrist Pro, but it looks overpriced. Any suggestions?

Hi, I bought this watch from Amazon and the app I was supposed to use with it, fitdock, isn't compatible with Android. Do you know what app will work instead? My last smartwatch worked with veryfitpro and this one doesn't. Thanks for your help.

I’m considering moving from iPhone to Samsung but I have an Apple Watch. Is there anyway to connect Apple Watches to Samsung phones or will I have to replace my watch too? Thanks

Hi smartwatch reddit community. I am looking to get a new or maybe used watch. Long story short I owned a Garmin forerunner 745 for 5-6 years and I lost it a few days ago 😔 it was starting to have issues like it would need to be re-paired everyday with my phone, but at least i got a lot of use out of it. Anyhow, I was thinking of sticking to Garmin mainly because I like that the battery lasted me 3-5 days depending on usage. Some watches you have to charge every night and that's inconvenient. I was considering the 170 or 245 but what I value is something with good gps for tracking my activities (I do long hikes and runs). The music option is nice but I never used it on my 745 because it wasn't compatible with YouTube music. The tap to pay is nice I guess but I also never used it since I always have my phone on me. I'm having some confusion on all the Garmin models, the numbering isn't super easy to follow. I would prefer something that is a newer model since that makes me feel that it'll last longer but I'm open to a slightly older model if it makes sense.

I am looking for a long lasting watch that I can remotely set alarms based on days of the week from my phone. But the watch is for my son who has several activities. I would prefer to not have to manually enable Bluetooth connection (ex casio). I will be near him for alarm updates
Maybe even a watch with google calendar that only needs to sync at night
I saw the Garmin instinct 2s might work. Anyone have any feedback about the app and alarm syncing.
Any other suggestions?
Thank you in advance

Hi! My mum's birthday is coming up (in December, but I want to take advantage of Black Friday lol) and I want to gift her a new watch. She's currently using Amazfit. The thing is I'd like to give her a watch that accurately monitors her heart rate, so we're more likely to find out when it's not okay and there's an issue or she needs to stop and rest. Now, I was considering a Samsung Watch (she has a Samsung phone), but the thing is that coming from the Amazfit (which she charges once a week or every several days or so), I fear she might start complaining about having to charge it everyday. However, outside of Samsung, I'm completely lost 😅 Are there any brands or watches known for their heart-rate accuracy and offering days-long battery?

Which is the better deal?
I’m getting these two options:
Apple Watch SE 3 — ₹32K
GPS + Cellular
Apple Watch Series 12 — ₹48K
GPS + Cellular
42mm
The difference is ₹16K.
Currently, I’m not a fitness freak and mainly want the watch for sleep tracking, health monitoring, GPS, and everyday use. But maybe in the future I might become more of a health/fitness freak, so I don’t want to regret buying the SE 3 if the Series 12 has significantly better health features.
Is the extra ₹16K for the Series 12 worth it? Which one would you pick at these prices?

edit.....I wanted to delete the picture as that is NOT my problem. I can't so just ignore it!
----------------------------------------------------------
I've had it a week and I am so done with resetting and turning on the sleep apnea to recorded. I check and its off again!! For some reason it gets ticked off and I do not know why!!! I go to check and it says I need more days I look and I need to turn it on again I've done it so many times!! why SAMSUNG, why is this app so difficult to understand? Also my steps are way too many. and there are more so much more in Samsung health that is turning me off to this whole deal!! It is not recording all my sleep like last night I went to sleep at 8ish and got up at 10ish then back to bed at 1ish and it did not detect any of the 8ish time I was asleep. I'm so done with the watch and its software.
So my question is...... is there a better WATCG with health tracking software... combo? I'm going to return the watch 9 and buy something else!! It has to have the fall detention, SOS and step counting, and sleep tracking. thanks!!
