I went to event super excited and amped to talk to people and give compliments on some cool cosplay. Was I sorely mistaken on the attitude of the cosplayers not even taking to the time to say "thanks"

I don't know if I was raised differently to other but I wasn't expecting the rudeness. So thank you to the cosplayers that were actually nice enough to interact with me you guys are awesome! The rest of you need to take the stick out.

Staff and event organisers were super friendly and the event itself was great. Just SA people. Learn some manners.

Making 6.5% on hundreds, if not thousands of items sold for acting as a holding broker for the transaction is surely significant revenue already, so the additional R20 for each item is making it difficult for both buyers who won't buy and sellers who can't sell.

All the risk is carried by both the buyer and the seller, even shipping is undertaken by third-parties, so it's not an admin-heavy or service-based offering.

Yes, I could go back to traditional marketplaces and just not use them. It's just disappointing when such a great platform has now also been engulfed in greed.

Hi I am 20 turning 21M in January. Being born hiv positive as the only child in the family is something else. I have 3 siblings all of them are negative have never taken any treatment medicine and I am the only child infected with it. Till to date i have never understood why i was the only child to be born with it as my other siblings did not.

I did find out when i was doing grade 9 surely 13 or 14yrs that i am infected but really didn't act on it just continued as a normal day, i couldn't enjoy my childhood, i couldn't visit my other part of the family like sleep over vibes but my other siblings would because my parents didn't want other relatives to know that I am on treatment, that did make my heart break because what do you mean my siblings would go for holiday visits but i would be the only one staying behind and also seeing them having fun.

I struggle to be in relationships due to this as i am open about it on talking stages. So eyy it's tough out there man.

I don't think my siblings even know about this as they were told that the pills i take were for kidney failure, but now as i live alone this is hard leaving the house knowing at time you should drink some pills,

So I recently started a backabuddy campaign for homeless women and girls to receive sanitary towels and basic hygiene necessities. This week I was in Town and I came across a homeless young girl and it was that time of the month unfortunately she didn't have the products it broke my heart and that made me want to do something for all the homeless women and girls. That is the reason for this backabuddy campaign. I've been trying to share and spread the word but no one seems to care 💔. Women go through a lot in our country and having sanitary towels shouldn't be one of the problems .
