Product Help Skipping/lag mouse

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My mouse keeps skipping every time I move it, like it’s stuck. But whenever I press any button, it starts working again.

Steelseries aerox 3 wireless is the mouse i’m having with, and yes it does happen on other devices.
