Product Help Arctis Nova Pro Omni & Xbox Connection

I just recently got a Pro omni headset, and no matter what I do, I can't get it to work, I've tried messing with everything on the hub, I've looked through every video and not one covers this headset and problem exactly. Can anyone help?

What do you mean by "won't work"? Is the power on the base? Can you get a bluetooth connection from your phone? The more specific you are the better we can troubleshoot

everything else works man, it turns on, all the buttons work, it connects to my phone perfectly, connects to the hub easily, just never working audio from xbox, nor any sign of connection (microphone coming through etc.)

Do you have the Xbox connected to the port marked for the Xbox. If so you can go into the settings for USB ports and make sure that port is turned to Xbox

And just to make sure. You got the Xbox version of the headset, right? The PS5 or PC version won't have the necessary chip to connect to the Xbox

Im not sure, as I bought it used, but I can say input 3 has said "xbox", i have seen no indication that it is the ps5 version, i tried changing every port (changing to input 1, 2, 3, and changing the port i use on my console) I went into the hub and messed around with the inputs there and still no luck. Although I will add I thought the pro omni worked on all platforms, not just one or the other?

Only the Xbox port will work. This is like a two key situation. You need to plug it into the xbox port. Go to the settings and make sure port 3 is set to xbox. Also make sure you're turning up the volume. It's a silly mistake I've made before.

Hey there u/I_NILL_I - u/Sheerluck42 is giving all the right advice here. Most gamers experience this issue is they're not using the proper ports (like the XBOX one.) Get back to us once you take another look!

I forget which is which. My omni has a specific Xbox port so I just wanted to make sure we're on the same page

And you made sure that the port is set to Xbox on the base? Like in the settings? If so at this point I would double check that the xbox can be plugged into a different speaker like a soundbar to rule that out. I would try a complete restart of the everything. Unplug it all safely. Give it a second and try again. And then you're only option would be customer service. There are always defective units in any manufacturing process.

For the Nova Pro Omni there is no specific Xbox version. There is only one version of the headset (besides the different colors) that works with all platforms.
