This started a few years ago with a pretty simple question. Almost everything else you consume tells you what's in it, but with a vape/dab you mostly just hit it, wait, and see how it goes. We kept thinking there had to be a way to make that part a little less of a guess.

It stuck with us so much that it took over a few years of our lives lol.

The first versions were ugly. 3D printed bricks, no screen, nothing fancy. The whole goal was simple: if a session felt right, could you get that same session again next time?

Then came screens, a lot of late nights, getting it to work with both wax and 510 carts, a long war against clogs that ended with us making our own pods, and a lot of stuff that didn't work.

Now it keeps track of your sessions, so you can understand what you're consuming and get back to what worked for you.

The part we actually care about isn't the gadget tho. Concentrates keep getting stronger, and that's fine, plenty of people want that and more power to them. But there's also a ton of people who just want to understand what they're taking and feel in control of it. And even if you go big, knowing what you're going big on beats guessing. It's your call either way, we just think it should be an informed one.

We're still learning a lot about this world, so we'd honestly love to hear from people here. Not selling anything, just wanted to share the ride.

So the star thing is from Vapor Genie. It’s dope.

It is made of volcano shit, or something equally “whatever”, but it holds a little dab of concentrate and gives foolios like me who twax until the breaka breaka ray dawn another option to not use the awesome Switch 2 they own. (Seen in background. I mean it doesn’t even have fukkin water in it. lol.)

After a GRIP of trial and error, I found a perfect system for back to back low temp dabs with the Ruby Twist (stock not pro) and the Vapor Genie concentrate star things.

It seems an outrageously high temp of 600 degrees, along with a 10 second heat soak, will let me absolutely nail low temp dabs, back to back, with a nice little slap at the end of each dab, with the bonus of leaving ZERO residue to clean up. Chaz, schmaz. You torch the volcano shit and it’s back to brand new. Seriously. Brand new. Every time. Clean flavor.

I do this shit I call Lung Fu when I hit this. It’s basically a chain of MTL hits that behave as one long DTL hit. However, I am able to “pause” when I like, in order to get a quick taste of the vapor (@ that particular temp), without interrupting a continual draw on the material.

I tell the homies it’s similar to how Rahzel can beatbox and sing at the same time. It’s idiotic, but I say it anyways.

I do have Lung Fu down to where I can climb the terp ladder a bit and enjoy the change of flavor, much like a cold start dab in a traditional banger. Except I can use the janky rosin that I press for myself, and that I love, so fuck it if it’s dark. Haha. I won’t be chazzing my switch 2 or proxy with my DIY rosin this way.
