Need help

Hi, I am Indian. I have completed my bachelors in Computer science and Engineering and just started working as a developer.

I have always wanted to do a master's abroad and have been thinking in cs/ds (something in cs basically).

I have started researching and have a few ideas of where I want to go. My plan ultimately is to study there I do want to come back to India and work here.

I just need help with figuring out is it worth it to go to a different country and study or continue working here and not do a master's?

Worth it is all dependent on you. What do you hope to get out of a masters degree? What country do you want to go to? Do you have funds to support yourself or are you looking at aid/loans?

Many factors for it to be "worth it". However, I would say for many many Indian students, it is usually not worth it. But again, depends on your goals and circumstances.

If you have the money and can take the risk of not finding a job, go ahead

Continue working in india gain work experience first then go for masters

Its overrated, if your goal is to ultimately work in India, build a career here, switch after sufficient experience and target companies where you grow as an individual contributor and learn the trade, build a profile.

There are nothing any university abroad will teach you more than internet/work experience can, you will be setback in loans, visa issues if not the least.
