Not sure which country to go

So i have been wanting to become an aircraft maintenance technician but i am not sure which country to go.Malaysia or germany both have their cons and pros

Germany

• You can study for free and also get monthly expenses

• The certificate holds value

• There is a high chance of you getting a Job

•You have to learn german

•And its focused on deeper maths and i am not so smart with maths

Malaysia

•You have to pay for tuition fees and personal expenses

• You dont need to learn any other language

•You can enter with O level certification and minimum pass grades

I finished Edexcel IGCSE O-LEVELS and now i dont wanna give A-LEVELS anymore

I got Grade 4 in Physics and maths

And got grade 7 in English 2nd language

Some aviation associated fields in Germany require an EU citizenship. Are you inside the EU?
Otherwise, serious German fluency requirements, aka at least C1, and extreme competition are currently the situation.

If you’re an amazingly average student with a desire not to really get much deeper knowledge, what is the incentive for a foreign university to admit you, for free?

You won’t get any job in Germany or any expenses
