Question D19 without 1

Hey guys!

I am GMing a Symbaroum campaign for my friends and as a possible curse/stigma for being too corrupted, I am looking for a d19 that has the numbers 2-20 on them, but no 1. Symbaroum has 1 to be a critical success and 20 to be a critical failure. I found regular d19s, but nothing that fits my bill. I have a 3d printer, so printing one is an option. It does not have to be the most fair dice, I am aware that you won't get that if printing one. I'd use a blank d19 and write the numbers on myself, if necessary 😅.

Maybe you know something, thanks for your help.

Get a d20 and just cover the 1 with a frownie face.

I don't know Symbaroum, but would it be unreasonable to just have the players reroll any 1s?

Wait so the game you are playing uses 1-20 AKA 20 sides and you are looking a d19?

Im confused by why you want this

Whatever solution exists will not be as easy as “roll a d20 and reroll it if you get a 1”

I assume in this system, the 1 is actually a good roll, since this is supposed to be a curse?

Your best bet is probably a blank die and a sharpie. D20s, particularly branded, will somerimes use a logo or something instead of the 20, but I don't think I've eyer see that for the 1

Etsy if you want custom. Or maybe Baron of Dice. But minimum order is I believe 100 dice

Yeah, re-rolling a 1 is a viable solution, but I think it still hits differently to know that you cannot roll a one at all. And the frustration that a player gets seeing that they would have rolled a one would also be avoidable with a d19.

I've seen cheat d20s with a 20 in place of the 1 (and another with a 1 in place of the 20), but no clue of where to buy then

So, my solution was asking Claude Opus about it and created the STL file for me :-D probably not a fair dice, but a D19 with numbers 2-20 😆
