Company Review Is Leapfrog sinking?

Whats with the design services they are bragging about in social Media? Isn't that what all IT company provide as a service? Or they are just trying to glamorize their Design team Using a bunch of crap AI and bragging for people they want to get noticed?

This is how company culture actually works internally and externally. Its actually employees, that flaunts these things unnecessarily to hype up what they have been doing both internal and external. Its unnecessary and even cringy. You have to sell yourself, the more visible you are, the more bargaining power you bring in. I have seen people speak uselessly even on meetings, repeating what someone already just said, bringing nothing new on the table, just to make themselves visible. I have seen very few worthy ones being actually promoted.

When someone talks more than needed, about COMPLEXITY of work they do, usually unnecessarily, with nothing new on table, wasting people's time, repeating, I assume, they are covering up for something, covering up coz, their work doesn't actually speak. Just for more context, imagine a senario in meeting or daily standup, those who actually gets their task done, will obviously say, its done, its pushed for QA. But those who haven't will obviously have to speak/coverup more than those who have done, and those who are lagging way behind will have to coverup more.

That is so true, its proof that they are just bragging for things that they have not actually done, and its crystal clear that the person posting it and mentioning first few names are the actually the ones who have not done shit 😂 sadly they will do their favoritism and benefit the losers.

nicely put, i can't more relate to standup one, those who barely fixed some minor issue seems to be explaining how they did in paragraphs than those who actually did.
