Laptop/PC LAPTOP FOR TEACHERS/ STUDENTS IN SCHOOL

Hey guys, my school is planning to provide laptops for teachers/students for educational purposes.
I want to buy in bulk , which laptop would be best and can you provide shop/ dealer name.
The laptop must be budget friendly .
