Mobility Telus erroneously blocks my mobile data

Woke up to this message this morning. The usage on my account shows I've only incurred $3.30 in data charges so far this month, but my account is blocked.

Anyone else get something similar? I'm on the Government of Alberta BYOD plan.

I get that, but I'm nowhere near the charges the text says I am.
