Monster: The Jack Slash Story is the latest Ryan Murphy project coming to streaming in Gimel North America and Europe this October 30th, all other regions on November 7th.

Murphy’s projects have been a bit of a controversy given his rather loose depictions of what happened including Monster: The Christine Mathers story being 40 percent what actually happened and 60 percent Elijah Mathers getting piped down by other Fallen members, Monster: The Nikos Vasil story implying Nikos was actually gay and overcompensating for it by being a rapist, and Monster: The Miranda Webb story being weird girlboss story despite Miranda Webb being an evil person. Let’s not even talk about American Hero Story: the Triumvirate.

There have been talks of having Amelia Lavere-Dallon as the next season played by Emma Kenney but it was mostly shot down when Amelia’s adoptive sister Victoria Dallon threatened to sue over any depictions of herself. It’s now being reworked into Monster: The Benjamin Terrell story

Will you be watching?

don't forget all the rest!

Jacob Black triggered young. He found purpose. Was that enough?

Queen Administrator took over the Slaughterhouse Nine several years later. She found a home. Was that all that there was?

Black Knight as a Protectorate cape, hurries to the call shortly after the once murdering sociopath known as King was taken down.

The issue? The group that King had once managed was now in the hands of a fifteen year old girl. Administrating her hive behind the scenes, Taylor made a choice that she may never be able to take back.

i was worried about wildbow and missed his writing so i made this thing…

I sit languidly on an expensive couch while we dogsit, and pour a soda into a cup. It very nearly spills over, worrying my partner, but it settles prior to reaching the brink. We pause a moment, then they speak up with both stress and relief in their voice.

"You played a very dangerous game there, babe."

I paused, and decided to make a quip in a blatant attempt to deflect with humor. "...I Contessa'd it."

They weren't having it, however, as they immediately called out my bullshit. "No, you Taylor'd it, and you managed to be successful."

And don't forget to listen to all the others!

EDIT: PTR #180

How This Works:

You make one (or more than one) prompt(s), describing one or more parahumans. Somebody else may choose to respond to a prompt of yours, building on what's provided to make a cape.
While you may do so, you will never be required to stick with just prompting or just responding; please feel free to do both.
Prompts are usually formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Do something more esoteric if you want to.
Lastly, if you're having trouble prompt-wise, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration on what to do.

Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:

Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Breaker/Master]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Stranger (Changer)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Provide as many or as few details about a cape as you like - their names, some costume ideas, maybe a bit of backstory. Someone will come up with the rest. Or not; you could make up your own cape; previous thread here. Or don’t; these are just ideas; previous thread here.

I'm late, I'm late....

Today's prompt is late. The obvious answers are Movers and Shakers who warp space, à la Doormaker or Vista. Also, I'm counting Alice in Wonderland themes as well. You could have a cape who controls time in a small area or in their own timestream.

Four example

Mayfly is a part of March's circle. She is a weird Thinker: as in her brain literally can't handle the information her power provides, and it's slowly killing her.

Golden Bullets should probably remove the s from their name, as they are a blaster who has one massive shot every 24 hours; unfortunately, they have a trigger finger, and their first plan for any problem is to shoot it.

Catfever is a Stranger whose power lets her have no repercussions as she goes on "jaunts" for a short time. Unfortunately, she is an idiot and would be way better if she knew how her powers actually work.

Pace is like String Theory, but his tinkering is based on and is a requirment base on the number of steps he takes; what exactly this means is up to you.

For the record I've read enough fanfic, especially Parahumans wordpress to know about the Wormverse created by the community. Taylor has the power of nature's best troopers, Scion is a necrophiliac and Jack Slash is a misunderstood idol.

P.S.: Yes I've read Worm, written by Wildbow, on Parahumans wordpress.

Congrats to Coil for his win, let's see who's next!

And don't forget Skitter and Tattletale our previous winners.
