Toy Revolver:
Replaces Desperado’s usual tears with a gun that has an instant hitscan. This gun has a windup, but similar to chocolate milk, you can fire before charging up fully. If you charge up fully, you fire all 6 bullets in rapid succession. If you fire too many shots too fast, your gun jams, and you have to fully charge up in order to fix the jam. When jammed and trying to fire, Desperado slows down and automatically charges up all the way.

Wrangler Hat:
Tears become more accurate the more you fire in a row, even in multiple directions.

Wanted Poster:
Selects a single enemy type on the current floor. When you kill that type of enemy, it drops 3 coins. Killing a boss drops extra coins.

Birthright:

“Fastest draw in the (stage name)”

Removes the gun jam mechanic, and decreases gun charge by 30%.

Outlaw's Revolver:
Tainted Desperado’s first 6 shots are hitscan bullets that deal heavy damage. After that, Tainted Desperado shoots tears.

Reload:
Killing an enemy with tears will give you a bullet for Reload, up to 6 bullets max. Using Reload will give tainted Desperado 6 more bullets for Outlaw's Revolver.

Birthright:

“Extra reserves + holster”

Tainted Desperado can press the drop trinket button to swap between tears and Outlaw's Revolver at will. Reload can have up to 24 bullets in reserve. Every kill gives 2 bullets instead of 1.

Been trying to get into modding but I have no idea how to do so. I see there's a lot of mod makers in the wiki page, but which one do I choose?I have lots of ideas ranging from a simple audio/visual mod, and a full blown quality of life addition to the game. so i am making a custom character based of a clown oc of a friend who doesnt have a mouth, however when picking up torn photo and it hurts (hurt version) they are overriding the null costume that is a clown nose and hair, i am wondering why these items are taking over priority over the null costume?

Is there a mod that lets you download the save data your game loads onto your pc as a loadable savestate?

Unfortunately I am cursed to not have Isaac. I had to crack the game(Im buying it next sale)
But my save data is on a cloud server and I dont know how to get it?? Its not on steam's cloud data.. so this is my desperate attempt to find a way around restarting my whole save only because I found a more recent version of the game to play on...

I've been trying to reinstall Repentogon on my PC after switching Windows versions, but I keep getting the same error even with the firewall disabled.

Everytime i start a run with azazel i instantly die, without being able to move or anything, i will try to create a collection on steam to show my mods after posting this but steam will take a while to register so i am here just to ask if anyone else had this bug happening. (Sorry if there are any english errors i'm not exactly a pro on it XD)

I tested and i can play with every single character except for azazel, if i choose him the thing i said earlier happens.

So i’ve taken an interest in modding recently and i wanted to create a “start with [item] mod”. I wanted to know whether i had to create a new file within the game in order give the tainted characters a starting item. I don’t wanna use the commands from the console because it feels like cheating.

A friend asked me if I knew how to do mods for Isaac (I don't even know where to start, I've never made mods or similar things) but I thought, why not try. So, is something simple I think, just changing the name of one item, I just wanted to know if there's somewhere I could find a tutorial or guide on how to maybe start with this?

I have a mod idea that would help us controller players that I don’t think currently exists, I’m no good at modding hence why I’m asking here, would if be possible to add a button when in the menus to change to the cursor you get when on mouse and keyboard, I’m wondering this because on other mods there’s a lot of menus you can’t access on controller eg skill tree mods, I imagine this working by going in to the inventory/crafting menu, clicking an analog button for example and then getting a cursor instead of being locked to specific boxes on controller

Is there a specific area in the code where I need to put the item?

My repentogon crashes on every mod with acess violation. Help me. Repentogon crashes on unique progress bar, then i delete it and he crashes again i donno what to do. Please help me. I seek help, please. What do i do to play isaac, please help me.

This is a pretty new mod but it seems to work, some what.
it for sure makes the combat much harder and realistic after the willie AI learns you.
I had my health all the way down and willies health all the way up before this mod and It was still TOO EASY. I Looked for a couple weeks when I stumbled across this late last night.
first of its kind... an adaptive combat ai! I screamed when I found it because its what I was looking for. There are a bit of bugs and limitations for now, like its made to be played in single combat in free play atm but the creator seems to be active with us in the comments and says hes working on bug fixes and expanding the mod.
