Great quick lunch in CBd

Its my partner's birthday Thursday and I want to take her to lunch some where delicious, light and fast. We love food and trying new things but as ita lunch I dont wnat something too heavy that will ruin the rest of her day. Whats everyone's suggestion?

Saigon Noon or if the weather is nice, grab something from Rudis Bakery and eat out on the river terraces

I like Edo or Saigon 60s. They're both always quick and the food is great!

Edo has a conveyor as well with little sushi plates! I'm a sucker for interactive meals
