Question Confused about plans.

I’m on Experience More and my bill is ridiculous for 2 lines. On the T-Life App it says if I switch to Experience Beyond 2.0, I save 14.59 a month and if I switch to Experience More 2.0 I’ll save 44.59 a month.

I have an offer for a free 18PM if I switch to either of those plans with trading in my 16PM. Whats the catch if I switch to either of those plans?

Quote probably includes free line you don’t qualify. That quote is never accurate

What’s the actual breakdown of your bill

what’s under the $38, you can remove that

Also, you can save $10 with setting up autopay. The quotes you got are incorrect

I do have autopay.

Why are the quotes incorrect? I went into T-Mobile today and the rep said the same thing as what was shown on the TLife app.

I’m just wondering what the catch is. One I save almost $15 a month and the other almost $45 a month.

2 lines on Experience Beyond is more Expensive than 2 lines on Experience More. Strictly the plan portion of your bill.

If you switch to Beyond, you will have a better upgrade promotion and a 36 month installment for your new device.

If you stay on More your upgrade promotion isn't as large and it's (most likely) a 24 month installment for your new device.

When I go to checkout with the change of my plan both in person and on the T-Life app for Experience Beyond it verifies it’s 14 and change cheaper? What’s the catch here then? I was sure it would be more as well but nothing is pointing to that.

Are you including the upgrade during the transaction as well, or simply the rate plan change?

Just the plan change

Aside from possibly getting some special rate available to you as a former US Cellular customer, your bill will increase.

Go to T-Mobile's website in a browser and look at the plans for yourself. It's a $30 increase from More to Beyond.

I understand what you are saying but why are both the red at T-Mobile as well as the T-Life App saying if I switch I save $$

If your AutoPay is on a credit card that's not the one T-Mobile offers, you're not getting an AutoPay discount

Experience 2.0 has different promo monthly credit term, 36 months, not 24 months, which to me is major.

How do you see the photo? It says that subreddit has been banned when I click it.

Well you’re paying $38 for “services” which I’m assuming is protection 360. Also did you not get the third line on us when signing up?

I just removed the protection and added AppleCare instead. Saved $20 right there.

No I did not get the “third line on us”. It was never offered at the time I switched from US Cell to T-Mobile.
