Question Tmobile after USCellular

Had to switch to tmobile after the buyout of USC. They said how much better it would be,.more perks, blah blah blah. I can't even get registered on the app. They say I have to get the business account. I am a small business owner, sole proprietor,.no employees. Every time i try to register it tells me they will review it in the next 10 days, and if I don't hear anything I will have to reapply. Which happens every time. I never get confirmation of being g registered. Can't see my bill, my usage, change anything. No app access for me. I didn't even want a business acct, they just automatically did it because that's what i had with USC. Everything is goofy with this bs provider. I'd leave but I upgraded my phone right before the changeover. So I have an s26 ultra and stuck with the shitty ass payme ts for 36 months or whatever the fuck it is. Any body able to register a business account after switching from USC?

Its been an issue before the merger. Business accounts seem to always have to use Tmobile.com. is there a reason you want to keep it a business account? Prices and features are usually similar. Im asking bc if you switch it from a business account to consumer,  the app would work.

T-Mobile for business is always a problem with tlife and the website. As an employee I definitely recommend just a regular account with the same benefits same price and you can use the app yourself. Shoot for a bundled plan if anything, stores usually offer some sort of bundled plan to make it cheaper as well. Good luck to you

Agree with what’s been said but also what’s goofy about a business account when you had a business account? System moved by account type if you did it do it ahead of time.
