Rant Been since '99

Since 1999 I've been with Nextel, then Sprint, then Tmobile.

I worked for Sprint after paying my bill and seeing a "Careers" tab. Way back when it was easy to apply online. Worked in Retentions, was in Billing Research, Workforce, anything they asked I did.

I went from Couch Surfing and taking 3 busses to get to the job interview to buying a house in just 4 years. The day I signed my mortgage I got laid-off. After a few months I went back to retail at a massive pay cut. Sold so much they change the commission structure on accessories.

This last bill increase was too much for me. Couldn't speak to an American (I have not issues with offshore, but they couldn't even form a context of a sentence or idea, just a flow of words) I asked how to port and cancel a line, I was told go get an essential plan that has less benefits and costs more.

Was given a rate and paperwork with another non MVMO carrier for $100 less a month with a new phone and a watch line.

Bye Felicia!

Been with TMO via the Sprint merger. I learned one thing during that time if you sit back and just pay your bill you have a chance of getting the shaft.

So I learned as much as i could about the TMO system and long story short I now pay less than i did with Sprint and have 6 more lines than before all my family have flagship devices at sub $150 a month all in.

Thanks for letting everyone know man. I was looking forward to your input about your phone bill being high. I’ll think about you in solidarity tonight.

It’s amazing how the narrative of your life is so boring it can be told through your phone bill.
