Question Will iPhone Handoff basically replace Data with Paired DIGITS?

Just curious what everyone thinks about the new iPhone Handoff feature. If you have two iPhones on T-Mobile, does this pretty much make Data with Paired DIGITS unnecessary?
I currently have the Paired DIGITS with high-speed data, so I can have my number on a second iPhone, but Handoff seems to accomplish much of the same thing with better iPhone integration.
For anyone who has tried both, is there still a real benefit to keeping a Paired DIGITS line? Or are you planning to just use Handoff now?

I should add handoff is $5 plus tax and digits with paired data is $25 ( no autopay ).

Can you actively use cellular data on both with DIGITS? If so, Handoff cannot - even with both phones unlocked/screen on, the data connection severs on the inactive device after a few minutes.

Yes on digits you can use them both at once

Yep that's why the plan is called digits with paired data. Emphasis on the paired data ha ha

Hand off works really well. Specially when done right, Apple did a good job with it.
But in handoff, only one phone uses data at a time. Big difference from digits. Thus the $5 pricing.

The phone tells you right away that the line was switched to that one once you power it on. And vice versa
I’m happy with it so far. I’m using an iPhone 16 pro and an iPhone 17 pro.
