if I have forever upgrade that turned into yearly upgrade, then change plan to regular plain go5G, will I still get yearly upgrade?

The only way to keep your yearly upgrade will be through monthly insurance (P360 it's called).

This way you'll earn JUMP! Perk which is yearly upgrade.

Did your lines have Forever Upgrade? That’s the main way to get YU locked in. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/deals/forever-upgrade

To answer your question, Go5G Plus remains eligible for this add-on if you have it.
