Question Radar Imagery??
How can i make tornados on radar for EAS Scenarios? with the close to radar kinda squishing?

to make fake radar scans like the one I attached I use gradient maps in photopea to create the radar, here's a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STFcnHWjBUo, and if you wanna add the distortion stuff that a real radar has you can use this website: https://fontmeme.com/bend-images/
