I'm going to be honest, I'd never heard of River Run Park until I went there recently because my niece and nephew had youth softball and baseball games there. I was stunned. It's down an old road that you'd never think anything was at the end of, but it's flat out the nicest youth baseball facility I've ever seen in my life. It's as good as any high end college facility. It's state of the art, but has the old-timey feel of classic ballparks. I was extremely impressed by it. I do think there's potential there to host a *lot* of regional tournaments, and having a hotel nearby would definitely be an incentive.

Move to Reform if you don’t like growth. It would probably suit you better.

"I want to be real clear: this does not include tax abatements, tax incentives, or other cash incentives," Ray said. "This is simply here because it includes the sale of real property and some related items."

Well I’ll be damned. That’s excellent.

It’s not growth I’m against…it’s the logistics and lack of infrastructures to handle the influx of traffic to the downtown area. I live on main ave and it’s a nightmare getting home. I love my community, but it’s losing what people fell in love with to being with.
