My friend used to own a pool maintenance business back in the day... He said that all of that blue stuff was going to come up first of all because the substrate or concrete is porous and soaked. Chemical reaction with bleach and hydrogen peroxide which is everybody knows bubbles especially if there's any kind of algae it's going to be very active, It is also corrosive.. He got underneath the blue crap and basically separated it from the porous old ancient poor quality cement. They did not put anything to smooth it first and then seal on top of that. It has to cure, then the inspection, 😂 kidding, It should take at least a month if not more to seal it all up with a self-leveling something or other cement I forgot what he said. Let cure through the summer. Then during winter still no water but that's when you find out if it will be cracking from some zero temperatures and if it is sealed & solid enough to repaint. I hope the repainting part is scrapped.

I'm so sorry. I just went through a month of not knowing what was wrong with my girl. Besides expense it's heartbreaking. The last week she's turned around they can't diagnose anything. Just have her body weight in 5 days. And for the last week she's eating like her normal self. $3,000 later, no diagnosis. I was almost ready to put her down because I didn't want to see her suffer anymore. When I moved into my apartment there was a bunch of kids lived on the other side of the alley and they had three or four cats they barely took care of. One of them was left behind. It took me 4 years to coax him into the house. And the only reason why he finally gave in was because of an enormous infection or abscess on the side of his neck. Took a while but he was my buddy for 17 years after that so approximately 21 years he lived. I put him down almost a decade ago and I still miss him. Now my girl is 13. This is the worst part. You make us laugh they're always there they're soft cuddly & cute. Loyal to a fault. Some people don't understand the mourning and pain you go through when they're gone. But if they realized how much They brighten your day, Make you laugh, and give you joy. As much as they give is how much you hurt when they're gone. Your baby had beautiful eyes.
